SailQuiz helps sailors worldwide master sailing theory through quiz-based learning. Whether you are preparing for an exam or simply want to sharpen your knowledge, we make it easy to learn at your own pace.

What we do

SailQuiz is a quiz-first learning platform built for sailors. We currently offer 1,900+ questions across 38 modules and 3 courses, covering the topics that matter most: COLREGS (rules of the road), navigation, tides, weather, VHF radio, boat handling, safety at sea, and more.

How our content is created

Every question is written and reviewed by experienced sailors and qualified instructors. Each question comes with a detailed explanation so you understand not just the correct answer, but the reasoning behind it. Our content covers internationally recognised sailing theory and is applicable to RYA, ASA, USCG, and other certifications worldwide.
